我們致力於提供高品質的產品與服務,若您於購買後 30 天內 對產品不滿意,且符合下列條件,可申請退款或退貨。
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

申請資格|Eligibility
– 申請須於付款日起 30 天內 提出。
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the payment date.

– 僅限未啟用/未下載之數位產品,或未使用且保持完整包裝之實體商品。
Applies to digital products that have not been downloaded or activated, or physical goods that are unused and in original packaging.

– 若因產品瑕疵或我們出錯導致問題,將提供全額退款或免費更換。
If the issue is due to a defect or our error, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

不適用情況|Non-Refundable Conditions
– 超過 30 天退貨期限。
Refund requests made after the 30-day window.

– 客製化產品或已明顯使用/損壞之商品。
Customized items or products that are used or damaged.

– 已啟用之帳號、授權碼、或 AI 模型使用資源。
Activated accounts, license keys, or AI processing resources.

申請流程|How to Request
1. 請來信至 [support@octon.net],提供訂單編號與退款原因。
Email support@octon.net with your order number and reason for refund.

2. 經確認符合條件後,我們將於 7–14 個工作天內 退款至原付款方式。
Once confirmed, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

3. 若以信用卡付款,實際退款時間依發卡銀行處理流程為準。
For credit card payments, the refund time depends on your card issuer.

其他事項|Additional Notes
-若需以銀行轉帳退款,請提供正確帳戶資料。
Bank transfer refunds require accurate account details.

– 本公司保留最終退款審核與拒絕退款之權利。
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
